Working Principle: Fuel is burned in burner to produce high-temperature gas. Hot-blast
stove, a reinforced heat-exchanging device, conducts the heat to
the air to be heated. After radiating, high-temperature gas reduces
to below 250℃, and discharged to the atmosphere by draught fan. The
air to be heated was transported to hot-blast stove by fan. After
absorbing heat, the temperature rises to rated value and is let out
at hot-blast mouth. When the hot-blast temperature reaches to the
rated upper limit, the burner will stop to work automatically or
turn to small fire. When the hot wind temperature reaches to the
rated lower limit, the burner will kindle again or turn to big
fire. The temperature rising speed can be adjusted by the switch of
air intake valve. |
